Dora is involved in all aspects of patient care, including physical examinations, developing individualized treatment plans, ordering and interpreting diagnostic studies. She believes in using an individualized approach to pain management and offers each of her patients time to properly evaluate and treat their pain.

Dora works in close collaboration with Dr. Datta. After a physical examination and reviewing MRI and X-rays Dora can refer you to see Dr. Datta for various interventional procedures to treat your pain such as epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation, etc.

She received her Bachelor’s degree in nursing at Adelphi University in Garden City, New York. She worked at NYU Langone Health as a Registered Nurse for 10 years prior to receiving a Master’s degree in Nursing at the College of Staten Island. Dora has over 6 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in pain management. She is certified with The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB) and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
